I Immediately Lowered my Heart Rate By Switching My Yogurt

I probably have health anxiety. Sometimes, I get a little too stressed, but for the most part, it pushes me to make healthy changes obsessively. The newest change has been cutting out added sugars as much as possible. I used to have a serving of Black Cherry Greek Yogurt every morning. It has some added sugar, but nothing too high. Nonetheless, for the first week of 2021, I switched to Greek Yogurt with 0g of added sugar. I hated the way it tastes, but I'm pretty much used to it now.

I didn't expect immediate results, but my heart rate has seen a very steep decline since I've switched! To my knowledge, all other factors in my life have remained constant. Now that I've seen the results, I'm 100% going to continue taking added sugars out wherever I can :) My goal for 2020 is to reduce my heart rate to the 40s. I know my next necessary change is more cardio, but I always end up bouldering (primarily anaerobic exercise) as my form of exercise because of how fun it has been for me. Thanks for reading this small little win I had!
